Intercultural WeltTisch (World Table)

 

It is a yearly event in Hirzenbach. A team of cooks, prepare dishes originally from their native countries. In this culinary event, the ingredients are then remixed and the gastronomic elements merge from different cultures to create a new and surprising result. A metaphor for interculturality! 
Volunteers of ETKultur support the activity and it is open for everyone. Free entrance. Voluntary donations are welcome.
