Hi everyone!
We are happy to invite you to our next Talk Shop with Abbott Chrisman.
At these workshops, we are exploring our minds and bodies to become aware of what is happening when we communicate with each other and ourselves.
Why are we doing it?
To raise confidence in communicating with other people, especially if we don't speak the same language, to reduce stress and learn something new about ourselves and others.

Workshop is open for everyone interested in the theme to practice their skills. People working in social fields, volunteers, migrants, or refugees. It is conducted in English with translation to Russian/Ukrainian if needed.
