Talk Shop

At these workshops we are exploring our minds and our bodies to become aware what is happening in us when we communicate with each other and ourselves. 

Why are we doing it? 

To raise confidence in communication with other people, especially if we don't talk same language, to reduce stress, to learn something new about ourselves and others.
