Persona Parla Mon Tanz

In this workshop, we will discover together how the body speaks, participates and influences our daily decisions through simple and playful choreographic tasks:

• We will create short movement sequences based on the group's ideas.

• We will explore existing rhythms and dances, such as Cuban rhythms, which expand our flow of movement and bring us joy.

Who is it for?

Open to everyone, no previous dance experience is necessary.
