Metamorphosis

Migration means more than just a change of location – it changes identity, feelings and self-perception.

In this workshop, physician and author Dr Dayami Tantanini invites female migrants to pause, rediscover themselves and strengthen their inner resources. In a safe and supportive space, we will work with simple self-regulation exercises (breathing, tapping, guided writing) and reflect together on how emotional integration can be achieved.

No prior knowledge is necessary.
