A place to be together

The project "A place to be, together" started in May 2022 as an attempt to create a safe space for Ukrainian refugees in their new environment of Switzerland and especially Zurich, where they can meet, connect and learn new things that will help them to integrate and master this situation.

The project works with the Debate House Karl Der Grosse, which provides us with premises and rooms for our meetings.

Currently our main information platform is a Telegram chat with more than 550 participants. Communication is in English/Ukrainian/Russian. Since May we have held over 125 meetings, over 200 people have attended our events. On average, our project holds 4-5 meetings per week. The activity is free of charge, registration is required for organizational reasons. Voluntary donations are welcome.
